Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of previous food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning and scheduling team members with District Manager guidance.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline staff; monitor performance and enforce policies and procedures.
• Communicate expectations and review performance; plan compensation actions and ensure safety standards.
• Perform regular restaurant inspections, manage inventory, and resolve customer service issues with grace.
