Wingstop is seeking excellent, full-time General Manager candidates to lead store operations alongside the District Manager. The role centers on delivering exceptional customer service, managing front- and back-of-house teams, and driving strong operational results.

Formación

• Restaurant leadership experience or supervisory experience.
• Must have restaurant experience.
• Manager Food Handler Certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of previous food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily store operations with the District Manager.
• Provide exceptional customer service and lead front- and back-of-house teams.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and coach team members in partnership with the District Manager.
• Monitor performance, enforce policies, and manage inventory and safety standards.
• Address customer concerns and strive for high-quality service and operations.
