The role requires strong leadership, experience in restaurant management, and the ability to plan labor and inventory, oversee vendor relations, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Expect long hours and high accountability.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced studies in business or restaurant management preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years managing a restaurant or similar operation, including shift supervision.
• Knowledge: Labor and employment laws, health and safety regulations, basic finance concepts.
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, multi-tasking and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage drive-in operations and employees to deliver quality guest service.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, coach, schedule, and discipline staff per policy.
• Plan and control food, labor, inventory, and costs to maximize profitability.
• Open/close duties, vendor oversight, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare operational reports and lead local marketing efforts.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and recordkeeping, with regular attendance.
