Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Experience running shifts without supervision.
• Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and local health/sanitation regs.
• Ability to recruit, interview and select staff.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills; effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Directs and assigns drive-in restaurant staff to meet operational standards.
• Prepares and adjusts employee work schedules.
• Monitors inventory and places orders within cost controls.
• Maintains payroll and employment records.
• Develops action plans to improve financial/sales trends.
• Interview and hire crew and management team members.
• Open and/or close the restaurant and prepare operational reports.
• Resolve guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
