SONIC Drive-In in Gainesville, FL is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, train and support crew, and ensure safe, efficient, high‑quality food service. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages, trains, monitors and coaches Crew/Team members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Directs and assigns drive-in restaurant employees to meet operational standards.
• Adheres to and monitors employee compliance with policies and practices.
• Performs restaurant opening and/or closing duties.
• Prepares employee work schedules and adjusts staffing levels.
• Monitors and maintains inventory and places orders within cost control procedures.
• Maintains payroll records and employment-related documents.
• Reinforces customer service mindset and focuses on serving the customer.
