Job summary

Dine Brands Global, Inc. seeks an experienced restaurant leader in Dayton, OH to manage daily operations, guest experience, and team performance for our casual dining brands. You will recruit and train staff, monitor budgets and inventory, uphold food safety standards, and drive sales while maintaining brand quality.

2–3+ years of management in casual dining are preferred; travel up to 10% may be required. Salary range $57,000–$70,000 per year with a quarterly bonus plan, plus benefits including

• 2-3+ years of previous management experience in casual dining preferred
• 5+ years of full-service restaurant management experience preferred
• Experience teaching and training staff
• Servsafe or food safety certification preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 10% and handle confidential information

Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, including front and back of house, to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Guest Experience: Provide exceptional customer service, address guest concerns, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Team Management: Recruit, hire, train, and supervise associates, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
• Financial Performance: Monitor and manage budgets, maintain inventory levels, and ensure compliance with financial procedures.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, food safety standards, and government regulations.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards for food preparation and presentation, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Safety and Security: Maintain effective safety and security programs, addressing any unsafe practices or conditions.
• Performance Management: Assess and evaluate associate performance, provide feedback and coaching, and develop action plans for improvement.
