Qualifications

• Experience teaching and training staff.
• ServSafe or food safety certification preferred.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations, front and back of house, for smooth service.
• Provide exceptional guest service and address concerns.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise associates.
• Monitor budgets, inventory, and financial procedures; achieve sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with policies, food safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain food quality standards and safety programs; manage security.
• Assess performance and coach team; participate in MIT program.
