Qualifications

• 2 years of current salaried management experience in a high-volume restaurant
• High School degree or equivalent mandatory
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree and/or management training preferred
• Certified Food Manager or Certified Food Protection Manager credentials
• Knowledge of restaurant systems and processes; strong customer service principles

Responsibilities

• Open and close location with checklists; access to the safe
• Maintain budgets for food, beverage, payroll and supplies
• Direct staff and conduct pre-shift meetings
• Write schedules and floor plans for servers
• Hire/fire staff; onboarding and training; maintaining employee files
• Enforce health inspection standards and responsible alcohol service
