KBP Brands is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Cincinnati, OH to lead people, operations, and financial performance. You will recruit, coach, and manage Team Members and shift leaders, while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and cost controls.

The role offers a performance bonus and comprehensive benefits. Ideal candidates have 1+ year RG Manager experience with P&L responsibility, a willingness to close 2 nights weekly, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Restaurant General Manager experience with profit & loss responsibility in food service or retail (quick-service preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment (standing, walking, lifting, maneuvering).

Responsibilities

• Own restaurant performance and profitability by managing labor, inventory, cash controls, security procedures, and financial results.
• Build leadership team by recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and develop employees to deliver operational excellence and strong restaurant results.
• Complete required inventory counts and use results to help control costs.
• Create a clean, welcoming restaurant where guests receive friendly service and quality food.
