Job summary

RibCrib BBQ is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations of our busy dining establishment in Oklahoma. The GM provides direction to hourly staff, ensures high guest satisfaction, and maintains quality and cost controls during a 50–55 hour workweek.

The role requires at least two years of management experience in a full-service setting, strong front-/back-of-house knowledge, and excellent communication skills across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of management experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Knowledgeable in back-of-house and front-of-house operations.
• Able to communicate clearly with managers and staff across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily restaurant operations.
• Supervise and support hourly staff during 50–55 hour workweeks.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and food quality; resolve issues as needed.
• Control costs, scheduling, and staffing to meet business needs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
