Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of prior managerial or supervisory experience.
• A valid driver's license and car insurance are required.
• A degree in Hospitality, Business, or Hotel/Restaurant Management is preferred.
• Serve Safe Food and/or Serve Safe Alcohol Certifications are preferred.
• Certification through Management Training Program(s) is required after hire.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential; bilingual preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Increase guest counts and sales by building guest loyalty and staff development.
• Ensure facility and equipment are properly managed with preventive maintenance and safety measures.
• Recruit, hire, train, develop, retain, supervise, appraise, discipline, and schedule employees.
• Train and develop staff and trainers, adhering to company guidelines.
• Ensure awareness and execution of company Policies and Procedures by employees.
• Supervise approximately 20–50 non-exempt employees per shift.
• Maintain health department and QRE audit standards and manage finances per guidelines.
• Analyze results and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Develop guest loyalty through quality operations and customer service; strive for budgeted profit.
• Attend management, regional, and company meetings; provide input and presentations.
