Job summary

RibCrib in Wichita, KS is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager by directing hourly staff across franchised or corporate locations, typically a 50 to 55 hour workweek. The position reports to the General Manager and requires minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years previous management experience in a full service establishment.
• Knowledgeable in both back-of-house and front-of-house operations.
• Capable of clear oral and written communication to all levels of employees.
• Proficient use of restaurant equipment including cash registers, ovens, etc.

Responsibilities

• Enforce current company policies and industry standards.
• Train, monitor and implement operational standards for staff.
• Assist General Manager in recruitment, selection, and scheduling.
• Coordinate food preparation and packaging of orders as needed.
• Monitor food cost and quality controls to reduce waste.
