Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in both back-of-house and front-of-house operations.
• Capable of making clear concise oral and written communication to all levels of employees.
• Understands intermediate math concepts as required to evaluate operational results.
• Proficient use of restaurant equipment including but not limited to calculators, cash registers, computers, ovens, smokers, knives.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction and support to hourly employees within franchised or corporate establishments.
• Trains, monitors, opening and closing activities, and maintains operational standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinates the preparation, cooking and packaging of food orders as needed.
• Monitors food cost and quality controls to reduce waste and control costs.
• Records and analyzes cashflow, inventory movement, labor costs and cost of sales daily.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations for health and safety.
• Demonstrates teamwork by assisting in various tasks as needed.
