Job summary

Hardee's is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment. You will hire, train, schedule, and manage staff while ensuring safety and quality controls across all shifts.

The GM will monitor labor costs, enforce cash policies, and uphold health standards to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You must drive staff development, ensure compliance with policies, and maintain financial performance, all while representing Morning Star values of honesty and

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a telephone or other reliable method of communicating with the restaurant.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.
• 50 Hours minimum required.
• Returning phone calls. The GM must be able to answer or return the restaurant's phone calls in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Hire and maintain staffing levels.
• Train new hires and Shift managers.
• Place accurate orders using the Mclane ordering system from the back office.
• Schedule staff and manage vacations to meet labor standards.
• Monitor daily labor and adjust to meet business needs.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and health standards.
• Enforce cash policy standards and deposits.
• Meet restaurant operational and financial standards.
• Report food cost and labor accurately.
