Responsibilities

• Provide quality products to customers by building a system of quality with team members, which ensures each delivered product meets Papa John’s standards and accurately reflects the customer’s order.
• Actively recruit customer focused team members, maintain adequate staffing levels according to projected sales, orient and train team members to exceed customer expectations, ensure uniform standards, establish performance expectations and conduct reviews.
• Manage sales goals against budget and prior year by providing prompt and friendly customer service; build check averages through training on products and sales execution.
• Manage profit goals against budget; ensure food, labor and other costs stay within budget, and correct deviations using the PROFIT System; plan inventory to meet demand and minimize loss.
