Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager with proven restaurant leadership to run our store efficiently, care for customers, and support our team members.

This role focuses on controlling costs, managing inventory, upholding food safety and image standards, and driving attendance and punctuality. The GM will recruit, develop, and retain staff while delivering best-in-class customer service and increasing sales and profit potential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required).
• Customer Service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver\'s license (required).
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results - Including, but not limited to: cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality.
