Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct daily restaurant operations to align with brand standards and financial targets.
• Recruit, train, and coach top talent to achieve People, Customer, Sales, and Profit goals.
• Supervise all shifts and ensure consistent customer service, food safety, and cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory, costs, and controllables; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with Human Resources on employee relations and compliance.
• Lead local store marketing initiatives and evaluate performance with district leadership.
