• Monitor product quality and customer service standards, identify deficiencies, and address them with direct reports.
• Solicit customer feedback and use it to improve operations and loyalty.
• Oversee training, recruiting, and adherence to appearance and uniform standards.
• Set performance expectations and conduct timely reviews, coaching and developing staff.
• Manage sales and profit goals, monitor budgets, and control costs using the FOCUS system.
• Plan inventory levels to meet demand and minimize loss.
• Ensure safety, security, and maintenance standards across the restaurant.
