Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a General Manager to lead our Tyler, TX restaurant, ensuring top performance and memorable guest experiences. You will steer the management team, drive local marketing, and monitor P&L results while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

You will also oversee community involvement and staff training, fostering growth and operational excellence in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

4–5 years of management experience and prior restaurant General Manager experience.
Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, and safety procedures.
Computer operations knowledge and ability to manage and direct others; passion for training and developing the team.
Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement.

Responsibilities

Oversee the restaurant management team through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
Lead local restaurant marketing and review Profit and Loss statement results.
Oversee community connections and fundraising activities.
Create legendary guest experiences as the General Manager.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety practices.
