Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar in Boulder, CO is hiring a General Manager and service professional to join our team. We seek a dynamic leader with a passion for elevated yet approachable hospitality, able to engage guests and build a positive team culture.

We offer a competitive salary range ($95,000 - $100,000), along with sick pay, vacation, profit sharing, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life and disability insurance, and employee discounts.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years in a hospitality management or restaurant leadership role.
• Strong leadership and people-development capabilities.
• Ambitious, proactive and guest-focused with excellent communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a crew of restaurant managers to deliver hospitality excellence.
• Disseminate southern-style, lively, conscientious service to guests and staff.
• Oversee weekly budgets, P&Ls, costed menus and schedules to meet company objectives.
• Ensure high standards of sales, service, quality, appearance, sanitation and safety.
