Job summary

Populus Denver seeks a hands-on General Manager for Pasque to lead daily restaurant operations, develop the team, and oversee financial and operational performance. You will partner with hotel leadership and culinary partners to ensure excellence in food, beverage, and service while supporting Populus’s broader goals.

This role balances guest experience with team culture and business results, requiring strong leadership, service standards, and cross-department collaboration within Crescent

Qualifications

• Proven restaurant management experience in full-service or hotel dining.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities for diverse teams.
• Experience with scheduling, payroll, labor management, inventory, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Pasque daily operations, ensuring service standards and food/bev quality.
• Maintain a hands-on leadership presence during service.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures are executed accurately.
• Coordinate with culinary team for menu execution and timing.
• Adjust staffing and priorities based on occupancy and events.
• Maintain a welcoming, professional restaurant environment.
• Ensure adherence to service standards and SOPs.
