Job summary

Populus at Crescent Hotels & Resorts seeks a General Manager for Pasque, our main-floor restaurant, to lead daily operations, inspire a high-performing team, and drive hospitality excellence in a distinctive hotel environment.

You will partner with culinary and hotel leadership to deliver outstanding food and beverage experiences, manage schedules and payroll, monitor guest satisfaction, and shape a culture of warmth, accountability, and sustainable, guest‑centric service.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience, ideally in a full‑service restaurant, hotel restaurant, or comparable hospitality environment.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams in a fast‑paced operation.
• Strong understanding of restaurant service standards, food and beverage operations, and guest relations.
• Experience with scheduling, payroll, labor management, inventory, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Pasque restaurant operations and service standards.
• Maintain a hands‑on leadership presence during service.
• Coordinate with culinary and hotel leadership for menu execution and guest satisfaction.
• Develop staffing plans based on reservations, events, and occupancy.
• Lead staff development, onboarding, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, POS procedures, and financial controls.
