Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a General Manager for Populus Denver, a landmark luxury hotel in downtown Denver. The GM will lead full P&L, set revenue strategy, and ensure brand standards align with sustainability commitments in daily operations.

The role requires a minimum of five years as a General Manager and a track record of balancing financial results with guest satisfaction, plus a relationship with ownership and asset managers. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Five+ years as a General Manager in a full-service lifestyle, luxury, or upscale hotel.
• Experience leading independent or highly experiential properties is valuable.
• Working relationship with ownership groups and asset managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, revenue strategy, and expense discipline in close partnership with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, and F&B leadership.
• Build and develop a visionary executive team and foster culture and engagement.
• Represent Populus with ownership, community organizations, environmental partners, and local businesses.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
