Job summary

CAVA is seeking a General Manager in Morrisville, NC to oversee all restaurant operations and lead a team focused on guest satisfaction. You will drive performance, develop staff, manage inventory and scheduling, and uphold our standards of service and culture.

As a GM, you’ll foster collaboration, adapt to change, and take ownership of each shift while ensuring a positive, high-energy environment that delivers consistent results for guests and the team.
