Job summary

CAVA - Woodruff Road is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and guide a team to deliver guest-focused service while upholding our core values. This leadership role drives staffing, inventory, labor, and accountability to ensure excellence across shifts.

The General Manager will develop people, coach and train staff, and foster a positive, collaborative work environment that motivates teams to deliver outstanding results and guest experiences.

Qualifications
