Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations to meet brand standards for food, service, and facilities.
• Direct staff recruitment, development, coaching, and retention of managers and hourly employees.
• Drive guest satisfaction, guest count growth, and sales through local marketing and community engagement.
• Interpret financial reports, monitor controllable costs, and manage inventory and cash controls.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and regulatory compliance across all shifts.
• Resolve guest and employee relations issues promptly with appropriate stakeholders.
• Collaborate with District leadership to implement strategic initiatives and resolve operational challenges.
