Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions on time management, scheduling, product quality, and cleanliness to uphold company standards.
• Drive sales and profits by recruiting, training, and communicating expectations to the team.
• Coach and motivate staff to maintain guest service and safety.
• Apply cost control, inventory, and labor management skills to run efficient operations.
