Buffalo Wild Wings in Williamsburg, VA, is seeking a General Manager who will lead a guest-focused team to deliver legendary experiences. You will oversee local restaurant marketing, monitor P&L results, and ensure operations meet safety and quality standards while driving engagement and development across the restaurant.

The role demands 4-5 years of restaurant management, knowledge of labor laws and health codes, and a passion for training your team.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of management experience in a restaurant setting
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and train and develop your team
• Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement
