Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Peoria, IL to lead the operation with guest-focused service and strong team leadership. You will oversee scheduling, training, coaching and development of managers and staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve financial targets.

The role requires effective cost controls, staff development, and adherence to brand standards to drive growth and profitability.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years restaurant or retail management experience.
• Experience managing a restaurant with a full bar is preferred.
• High school education or equivalent required; valid driver's license to travel between units; satisfactory background check; ability to meet the physical demands.

Mansioni

• Lead staffing plans and ensure proper coverage across departments.
• Train and develop managers and team members; conduct weekly meetings.
• Drive sales, profits, and adherence to safety/regulatory standards.
