Buffalo Wild Wings in Normal, IL is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a guest- and team-focused operation. You will oversee operations, staff development, training, and coaching of department managers and hourly team members to build sales and profits while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities include managing staffing levels, scheduling, performance feedback, and ensuring compliance with laws and company policies while delivering a WOW guest experience.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must possess the ability and desire to create a fun, exciting environment for both guests and Team Members alike.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and professional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create, develop and implement an effective local store marketing plan within budgeted parameters.
• Approves all department schedules to ensure acceptable overall labor results and guest satisfaction.
• Maintains and improves profitability through cost controls and sales growth.
• Reconciles profit and loss statements, analyzes results, and communicates to the management team.
• Meets or exceeds budgeted profit goals and develops corrective action plans when needed.
