• Create, develop and implement an effective local store marketing plan within budgeted parameters.
• Approves all department schedules to ensure acceptable overall labor results and guest satisfaction.
• Maintains and improves profitability through cost controls and sales growth.
• Reconciles profit and loss statements, analyzes results, and communicates to the management team.
• Meets or exceeds budgeted profit goals and develops corrective action plans when needed.
