Job summary

The Church’s Restaurant is seeking a General Manager to lead a single-restaurant operation with a focus on guest satisfaction and sales performance. You will supervise staff, enforce policies, and drive efficiencies while maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include achieving revenue targets, controlling costs, and coaching employees to deliver exceptional service. Weekend availability and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Able to work 30–40 hours weekly, including weekends.
• Knowledge of restaurant policies, HR procedures, and P&L.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional interaction.
• Experience developing employees through coaching.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage conflicts.
• Commitment to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all business activities at one restaurant location.
• Provide a superior guest experience and achieve sales goals.
• Control expenses to budget or better and maintain safety standards.
• Lead and develop restaurant team; supervise shift leaders and staff.
• Create a fun, high-energy environment and grow team capabilities.
