Dairy Queen is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations in Wildersville, TN. You will drive sales, ensure quality, service, and cleanliness, and manage a high-performing team committed to the Dairy Queen brand experience.

As a salaried leader, you will shape staffing, training, and performance, while ensuring compliance with policies and laws. The role requires 50-hour weeks and a passion for guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a restaurant general manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience managing P&L, inventory, labor and scheduling.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
