Dairy Queen is seeking a General Manager in Seymour, TN to lead store operations, drive profitability, and uphold brand standards. You will direct teams, manage P&L, and ensure exceptional service while adhering to all policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a restaurant general manager or similar role in food service leadership.
• Experience managing profit & loss, inventory, labor and scheduling.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to ensure operations comply with policies, standards and laws.
• Maximize sales and profitability through execution of systems and processes.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, develop and retain a best‑class team.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure quality, service and cleanliness.
• Commit to a ~50 hour weekly schedule, adapting to business needs.
