Job summary

Dairy Queen is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations in Elizabethton, TN. You will drive growth and profitability while directing a best-in-class team to deliver the brand experience with superior service, quality, and cleanliness.

The role is salaried with an expected 50-hour weekly commitment, requiring strong leadership, P&L oversight, and strict adherence to policies and standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a restaurant general manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience managing profit & loss (P&L), inventory, labor and scheduling.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Background and motor vehicle record check required.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification as required.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
