Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our family owned and operated restaurants.
• We’re looking for positive team players with a passion to work in our fast-paced McDonald’s environment.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and meet McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Oversee Training, Food Safety, Inventory, Goal Setting, delegating tasks, and reporting results to management.
• Lead Department Managers with coaching and direction to reach goals.
• Support guest service through promotions, incentives, and digital marketing tracking.
• Oversee crew and management training, recruitment, and scheduling.
• Ensure food safety and supervise execution of procedures and inventory ordering.
