Cantina Laredo in Atlanta is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant's strategic direction, drive profitability, and ensure guest satisfaction.

You will guide a high-performing management team, uphold brand standards, and deliver exceptional hospitality in a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll support all roles, foster development, and push continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years current experience in Casual Restaurant industry.
• High School Diploma or GED required; an associate’s or a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.

Responsibilities

• Directs operation of the restaurant, attaining sales and profit objectives and maintaining highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.
• Leads and develops a high-performing management team while delivering exceptional hospitality.
