Responsibilities

• Staff the restaurant with a capable team in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe environment for team members and guests.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation processes.
• Develop and implement shift leader development plans.
• Make final hire/separation decisions with proper procedures.
• Create staff schedules considering sales volumes, payroll and overtime.
• Drive overall team performance and culture.
• Ensure customer experiences are positive and lasting.
• Support kitchen staff when needed.
• Follow management directions and company policies.
• Audit operations; analyze budgets and costs to improve profits.
• Set aggressive goals to drive sales and manage labor/food costs.
• Maintain facilities to company standards and communicate needs to Facilities.
