Job summary

Dunkin' Brands is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Arlington Heights, IL to oversee restaurant operations, maximize sales, and ensure exceptional guest service aligned with brand standards.

The role requires 3+ years of GM or similar experience in hospitality, strong leadership, and fluency in English. Responsibilities include training, operations management, and partnership with franchise owners. This is a full-time, in-person position with health benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management understanding.
• 3 years GM or similar experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze restaurant sales and drive improvements in operations, execution, sales and profitability.
• Establish sales and service goals with team members.
• Lead team meetings and deliver training on topics including marketing windows and Brand initiatives.
• Develop business plans for the portfolio and action plans with franchise owners.
• Drive a clear vision and communicate it to the team.
• Engage with Dunkin’ Brands Field Operations as appropriate.
