The Dairy Queen General Manager is the store's top leader, accountable for growth, profitability, and daily operations in Farragut, TN. You will set the tone for quality, service, and cleanliness while guiding a team to deliver the Dairy Queen brand experience to our fans.

This salaried role demands strong leadership, P&L oversight, and a willingness to work a 50-hour week as business needs require, including evenings and weekends, with focus on employee development and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a restaurant general manager or in food service leadership.
• Experience with P&L, inventory, labor and scheduling.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage store operations and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a best-in-class team.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, standards and laws.
• Oversee scheduling and labor management.
• Drive Dairy Queen brand standards in quality, service and cleanliness.
