Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with profit & loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for full shifts, and safely operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory, labor, and reviewing financials.
• Recruit, interview, and hire store staff including Team Members and Shift Managers.
• Coach and train employees to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain a clean, guest-friendly environment.
• Ensure a high-quality product and friendly dining experience for every guest.
