Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week.
• Background check and motor vehicle report required.
• 3-5 years of management experience; restaurant management experience preferred.
• Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and leadership to the team to create a positive culture and high morale.
• Manage daily restaurant operations focusing on staffing, sales growth, cost control, and maintaining standards.
• Plan and delegate shift assignments and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
