Zax LLC in Statesboro, GA is seeking a General Manager to guide daily restaurant operations, lead a team, and uphold high standards of service and quality. You will drive sales, manage costs, and develop staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences with a positive culture and strong leadership.

The role emphasizes staffing, training, and community engagement to grow the brand locally.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check and motor vehicle report required.
• Leadership qualities and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• Some college preferred.
• 3–5 years management experience.

Responsabilités

• Complete all training requirements including GM Development Plan and Capstone Class.
• Ensure the restaurant delivers great guest experiences.
• Maintain staffing levels by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and recognizing top performers.
• Provide ongoing mentoring, coaching, and development while holding staff accountable.
• Create and manage effective work schedules to drive sales and control labor costs.
• Plan and delegate shift assignments and communicate expectations.
• Ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness standards are upheld.
• Drive profitability by increasing sales and controlling costs.
• Build community relationships to boost sales and guest satisfaction.
