Job summary

Zaxbys is seeking a General Manager in Acworth, GA to lead restaurant operations, motivate the team, and uphold brand standards. You will manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance coaching to deliver great guest experiences.

Responsibilities include controlling costs, driving sales, maintaining food safety and quality, and ensuring compliance with company policies. You will develop action plans and mentor managers and crew.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week.
• Successful completion of background check and motor vehicle report.
• Restaurant management experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
