Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Gonzales, LA is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will recruit, train and mentor a high-performing team while driving sales, controlling costs and upholding brand standards for exceptional guest experience.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in full service or fast-casual restaurant.
• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Experience in recruiting, hiring, training and developing people.
• Experience in sales and customer service; demonstrate operational excellence front and back of house.
• Proven track record of managing cost of goods and labor; understands budgets.
