Job summary

Henderson Group is seeking a polished, high-energy Full-Service Restaurant Assistant General Manager to lead front-of-house and bar operations in the Las Vegas market. This role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with growth potential across multiple states and concepts.

You will supervise FOH and BOH teams, ensure guest satisfaction, uphold safety and sanitation standards, and optimize staffing and service quality to drive strong performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry.
• Exemplary leadership skills and the ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all Front of House (FOH) and Bar operations
• Oversee guest services and promptly resolve any issues
• Ensure the highest quality of ingredients and food preparation
• Train and manage both FOH and Back of House (BOH) personnel
• Develop and adjust staff schedules to align with restaurant sales and needs
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and sanitation regulations
