Job summary

Momofuku Las Vegas in The Cosmopolitan is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead front-of-house operations and partner with the General Manager in staffing, training, and service execution. You will manage the floor during service, perform admin duties, and collaborate with FOH and BOH leadership to deliver the restaurant’s service vision.

The role requires at least three years of restaurant management experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience with Sevenrooms, Tripleseat, Resy highly preferred.
• Team-focused mindset and empathetic approach to collaboration.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily FOH operations in collaboration with GM.
• Maintain service flow and uphold standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Perform admin tasks including scheduling, reports, and health checks.
• Manage FOH staff and scheduling to align with forecasted business needs.
• Lead staff training and ensure adherence to safety and DOH policies.
• Support guest relations and address service recovery and feedback.
