4412 Capitola-41st McDonald’s, a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, is seeking a General Manager in Capitola, CA. You’ll lead all restaurant operations, guest experience, food production, and direct crew and management staff.

Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring and onboarding, staffing, performance management, inventory planning and budgeting, food ordering, and ensuring food safety and guest safety standards.

Qualifications

• Background in restaurant management or a similar leadership role.
• 1+ years’ experience leading, motivating and/or developing others OR US Military Service.
• Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace.
• Strong customer service and support focus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs.
• Ability to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the experience: Manage all aspects within the restaurant, including food production, guest service, and direct crew and manager work.
• Plan for success: Proactively lead and manage all People processes including recruitment, hiring and onboarding, staffing, and performance management.
• Train, coach and motivate: plan for inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs; ensure food safety measures meet McDonald’s standards.
• Inspire safety: Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety; oversee maintenance to meet standards.
