McDonald's is seeking a General Manager to oversee all restaurant operations, lead crew and managers, and ensure an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires proactive management of recruiting, onboarding, staffing, performance coaching, and daily financial decisions around inventory and costs, while maintaining strict food-safety standards and safety for guests and employees.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a restaurant or equivalent operation.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage inventory, budgeting and food ordering.

Responsibilities

• Lead the experience by directing crew and manager work across food production and guest service.
• Plan for success by managing People processes including Recruiting, Hiring and Onboarding; Staffing and Performance Management.
• Train, coach and motivate team members to achieve standards of excellence.
• Make critical business decisions around inventory, budget and food costs; ensure food safety measures meet McDonald’s standards.
• Oversee all operational needs and maintain high standards of guest and employee safety.
