McDonald's Corporate-owned restaurant is seeking a General Manager to lead operations with a focus on profitability, quality, service and cleanliness. The GM will mentor Department Managers, set goals, coach performance, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have prior GM experience in high-volume settings, with a background in quick service, hospitality, or retail. Must be 18+ to manage in our company-owned locations.

Qualifications

• General Manager experience running high volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Department Managers to meet restaurant goals and provide coaching.
• Develop and mentor Department and Shift Managers to build the right team for the future.
• Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards.
