Job summary

McDonald's is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant, drive profitability, and uphold McDonald's standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. You will work with a leadership team to set goals, develop plans, and coach departments to achieve success.

Ideal candidates have prior GM experience in fast-paced environments; quick service, hospitality, or retail backgrounds are strongly desired. 18+ years old required for management roles.

Qualifications

• Previous General Manager experience in high-volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to manage in our corporate-owned restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant operations to meet quality, service and cleanliness standards.
• Coach and direct Department and Shift Managers to achieve goals and improve departments.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, staffing, and performance management; plan and manage inventory and costs.
